Lapis Images is an independent animation group of college students from the Philippines which aims to produce their own world-class Filipino animation film.

Composed of various students from diffrent colleges and universities, with different courses and degrees, it plans to develop what will be called Filipino Animation.

"Merong Western animation, Japanese animation, at French animation. Bakit walang Filipino Animation? Kung ganon, wala ng ibang paraan kundi ang likhain ito! Ang kwentong ito ay seryoso. Talambuhay ng isang grupong nagtataglay ng Artistic Hands. Ang Lapis Images. Sila ang lilikha ng Filipino animation para sa Pilipinas at sa mga Pilipino na maipagmamalaki sa buong mundo! Magagawa kaya nila?"
